KLOW is a blend made of four small protein-like building blocks called peptides. The four parts are named GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV. It is sold in powdered form in small bottles for scientists to study in labs. It is not a medicine and is not approved for people or animals to use. Scientists study these four peptides because each one seems to help the body in different ways in lab tests.

One part may help skin and blood vessels grow. Another part is studied for healing of tendons and muscles. A third part is looked at for how cells move and repair. The last part is studied for calming inflammation. Together in one bottle, researchers can test all four at the same time in controlled lab experiments.

There is very little human research on this blend itself. Most studies look at each peptide on its own, mostly in animals or lab dishes. No one knows if the blend is safe or helpful in people. It is not checked or approved by the FDA, and it should only be handled by trained researchers in a lab.

mg vs mcg: one milligram (mg) equals 1,000 micrograms (mcg) — multiply by 1,000 going from mg to mcg, divide by 1,000 going from mcg to mg. Mixing the two up is a thousand-fold dosing error: 1 mg taken instead of 1 mcg is a 1,000× overdose; 1 mcg instead of 1 mg is a 1,000× underdose. Always double-check the unit label and the decimal place.
