We aggregate a lot of research, and we will get things wrong sometimes. When we do, we want to hear about it — and we want you to be able to see that we fixed it. This page is the commitment.
Email hello@thehealthstacks.com with the page URL and what’s wrong. The more specific — the claim, the source, what the source actually says — the faster we can act. If a claim contradicts its own cited source, say so and link the source.
A correction is stamped at the top of the affected page with the date and what changed — for example:
Corrected 2026-08-10: the cited dose range was transcribed from the wrong table column; updated to match the source. The original figure was “100–300 mcg”; it is now “250–500 mcg”.
We do not silently rewrite a published claim. If a number or claim changes, the correction is visible on the page.
If a claim turns out to be wholly unsupported — the source doesn’t say it, or the source is retracted — we remove the claim and leave a note explaining why it was dropped and what the source actually said. A retracted claim does not quietly vanish.
