The Health Stacks is a static website built to respect your privacy. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to understand what content is useful.
Browsing: no personal data. Normal browsing collects no names or personal information — pages are static, analytics are cookieless, and reading requires no login.
Accounts (study progress — optional). Signing in is optional and only needed to save program progress. Authentication is handled by third-party identity providers (currently Google) — we never see or store your password. When you sign in we receive and store your provider user ID, the name and email your provider shares, and the study activity you create while signed in (quiz answers, flashcard grades, progress). Sign-in sessions are managed by the platform (Azure Static Web Apps); the cookies set at login are authentication cookies, not tracking. You can sign out at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and progress data (contact below).
Newsletter & email notifications. If you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter or update notifications using the email capture form on this site, we collect and store your email address to send you peptide research updates, new content alerts, and related health information. Your email is stored securely in our database and is used only for sending you the newsletter and notifications you signed up for, and for measuring whether those emails are useful — when you open one of our emails or click a link in it, we record which message was opened and which link was clicked. Those engagement records are kept with your subscription and removed when you unsubscribe. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by visiting our unsubscribe page. Removing your email deletes it from our mailing list.
Analytics and advertising measurement. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics to count page views and referrers so we can improve the site. We also use standard advertising-measurement tags (Google Analytics, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and the Meta Pixel) so we can tell which of our ads bring people who actually find the site useful — these tools may set cookies, and if you sign up for the free guide or waitlist, they receive your email address in hashed form to measure that sign-up. That is the entire purpose: measuring our own marketing, not profiling you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone for their own marketing.
Affiliate links. When you click a “Where to Buy” link, you leave our site for a third-party supplier. We may append campaign parameters to the URL so the supplier can attribute the referral, but we don’t receive your personal information back. The destination site’s own privacy policy governs what happens there. See our affiliate disclosure.
Third parties. The site is served over a content-delivery network, loads web fonts, and may embed analytics — each of which necessarily processes your IP address to deliver content, as any website does. We don’t sell data; we don’t run advertising trackers.
Your choices. You can block scripts or use a privacy browser without losing access to our content — the site is designed to work as plain HTML.
