The State of the Peptide Market 2026
Prices, coupons, and what the research actually says — the first normalized, source-traceable dataset covering the entire peptide supply landscape.
5 findings anyone can quote
suppliers classified across Consumer, Wholesale, and B2B/Pharma tiers
price spread on tirzepatide — the same compound costs nearly 6× more at one supplier than another
distinct working coupon codes across the entire market — the coupon economy is surprisingly thin
of consumer suppliers disclose a Certificate of Analysis — most don't
How big and how fragmented
The market spans 2,505 suppliers cataloguing 18,417 products from 1,888 sellers. It breaks down across three distinct tiers:
Consumer-facing suppliers dominate by count, but B2B/Pharma suppliers carry the broadest compound catalogs — including many not yet available to consumers.
Price transparency: the same compound, very different prices
For the most-listed compounds, the price per milligram varies dramatically across suppliers. The interquartile range (middle 50% of suppliers) shows how wide the gap is — even excluding outliers.
| Compound | Listings | Median $/mg | IQR Range | Spread |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | 149 | $0.99 | $0.59–$2.50 | 4.2× |
| BPC-157 | 141 | $6.40 | $4.00–$11.00 | 2.8× |
| TB-500 | 136 | $6.80 | $5.00–$15.05 | 3.0× |
| Tirzepatide | 115 | $6.00 | $3.75–$22.14 | 5.9× |
| Ipamorelin | 113 | $6.30 | $5.00–$9.50 | 1.9× |
| Tesamorelin | 106 | $9.50 | $6.00–$14.45 | 2.4× |
| Retatrutide | 105 | $8.00 | $5.80–$12.53 | 2.2× |
| CJC-1295 | 97 | $9.50 | $7.25–$19.00 | 2.6× |
| Semaglutide | 96 | $7.99 | $6.25–$27.35 | 4.4× |
| MOTS-c | 95 | $5.50 | $3.54–$11.00 | 3.1× |
| Selank | 93 | $5.00 | $3.83–$12.50 | 3.3× |
| Bremelanotide | 87 | $4.40 | $3.11–$5.50 | 1.8× |
Bars show the interquartile range (Q1–Q3) with the median marked. A wider bar + higher spread multiple means more price variation — and more reason to compare suppliers.
The coupon economy: thinner than you'd think
After cleaning false positives (CSS/JS tokens harvested by greedy extraction), only 40 distinct working coupon codes survive across the entire market. The raw extract had 77 candidates — but most were noise.
The codes that are real (like the tiered BULK15/BULK20 /BULK25 volume programs) are the exception, not the rule. Unlike supplements, almost no peptide vendor runs a working checkout code. That's the honest story.
Trust & safety coverage
How many suppliers back their products with analytical documentation?
A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) establishes whether a vial matches its label. Only about a third of consumer suppliers provide one. It proves identity, not efficacy.
The emerging frontier: what B2B is researching that consumers can't buy yet
Some compounds appear only in B2B/Pharma catalogs — not yet sold to consumers. These are the candidates most likely to appear on the consumer market next.
Methodology & limitations
Prices were collected from supplier websites we visited and checked for this report. We threw out obvious pricing mistakes (anything outside $0.10–$500 per mg) and report the median rather than the average so a single outlier can't skew a number. Coupon listings are kept only when they look like real, usable codes. Every figure on this page links back to the page it came from. A more detailed methodology will accompany the final published version.
Every figure on this page is traceable to a crawled source. Nothing is model-fabricated. This report is educational and not medical advice.
