FOXO4-DRI is a special chemical made in a lab. It is a very small protein, or peptide, that scientists study to see how it affects cells. It is not a natural vitamin or a simple mineral. It is mostly used by researchers in labs to look at aging and health. It is not something you would find in a grocery store or take without a doctor's help.

The main reason scientists are interested in this peptide is because of how it interacts with old cells. In simple terms, our bodies have cells that stop working properly as we get older. These old cells can stick around and cause problems. FOXO4-DRI works like a key to unlock a door that lets these old cells shut down safely. This helps the body get rid of cells that are not doing their job anymore.
