Early evidence suggests semaglutide may improve fertility outcomes in women with PMOS (formerly PCOS) and support male reproductive health in obesity. An analysis in Fertility and Sterility reported fertility-related improvements in women, while a review presented at ENDO 2026, not yet peer-reviewed, suggested benefits for testosterone and sperm quality in men. Larger, longer-term studies are still needed to confirm these effects.
