Hexarelin is a man-made substance that falls under a group of chemicals known as growth hormone secretagogues. Mechanism of Action

Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP) and ghrelin-receptor (GHSR-1a) agonist that potently stimulates pituitary GH release. It also exerts direct cardioprotective effects via cardiac receptor subtypes (including CD36) that are independent of GH. It is not FDA-approved.
