This is the foundational pharmacology paper on LGD-3303, an orally available nonsteroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM). The abstract characterizes its tissue-selective androgenic profile in preclinical models. LGD-3303 showed potent activity on levator ani muscle while acting as a partial agonist on the preputial gland and ventral prostate, the basis for its later doping-control interest.
